LinguaSkin uses two techniques: proxy localisation (a http proxy that sits between the browser and the web application) and browser-based capabilities (a JavaScript framework).
The proxy approach is innovative and gives the capability to add the multilingual capabilities without application changes. The JavaScript framework enhances this for some implementations to extend capabilities.
Often we provide a wrap-around support service, but when customers need to maintain translations for frequently changing content we provide an online toolset to maintain the configuration and translations.
Assess: We review the application, document and agree the scope of what needs to be configured.
Configure: The LinguaSkin proxy is setup and tested. Text for the agreed scope is then extracted.
Translation: The translation approach preferred by the customer is used (see below).
Test: Testing against the agreed scope and to edit translations for correct context, terminology and tone.
Deploy: LinguaSkin is deployed to a web host - see options below.
Maintain: Support plans and customer tools if the application changes or translations need updating.

When the underlying application changes, the language layer can be updated without redeveloping the application itself. This makes LinguaSkin suitable for long-term language support across applications that continue to evolve.
We provide wrap-around support services to manage this from simple annual plans to bespoke packages. Where content changes routinely (e.g. job Ads, FAQs, web content, etc), we provide with tools and techniques to manage and edit translations with minimal hassle.
